Application Journey

  1. Application: Complete our short application form with your contact details, education, and relevant work experience. We will also ask questions about your eligibility, as the programme is funded by the Apprenticeship Levy.
  2. Situational judgement: After submitting your application, you’ll be invited to answer situational judgement questions related to the Customer Sales role, helping you learn more about the role.
  3. Telephone interview: Successful candidates will be invited to a strength-based telephone interview, where using the STAR method is recommended.
  4. Virtual assessment: The final stage involves a virtual assessment day with tasks such as group discussions, individual interviews, and exercises.
