Application Journey
Application
First, complete our short application form by entering your details. We’re looking for basic information such as contact details, education, and relevant work experience.
As part of the application, we’ll ask questions about your eligibility to join this programme, which is funded by the Apprenticeship Levy.
Situational judgement
After submitting your application, you’ll be invited to the next stage (so watch for our email, and check your junk mail just in case). This involves a series of situational judgement questions related to the Customer Sales role, designed to help you learn more about the role.
Telephone interview
If successful at stage 2, you’ll be invited to a telephone interview. This will be a strength-based interview focusing on qualities important for customer-focused roles. We recommend using the STAR method where appropriate.
Virtual assessment
The final stage is a virtual assessment day, where you’ll have the chance to impress us through various tasks, including group discussions, individual interviews, and role-specific exercises.
