We are seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic individual for the role of Office Assistant/ Order Progression. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further their career by gaining experience working in a commercial setting within an industrial environment.
Duties the Office Assistant/ Order Progression role can include:
- Processing client orders by entering them onto Sage and internal system
- Dealing with clients and suppliers via telephone and email
- Liaising with the production team in the warehouse
Skills required:
This client is looking for someone who demonstrates versatility and great organisational skills. In this role you will deal with all aspects of the production process, by taking client orders, then ensuring those orders are fulfilled in the correct timescale.
The candidate should be fluent in all Microsoft Office applications. Experience with Sage is preferable but not essential. Applicant must be able to speak French fluently.
This is a full time role working Monday- Friday. Working hours are 8.30-5pm.
Salary: £28,000-£30,000
20 days holiday + bank holidays
