Location for this position is flexible, we are accepting candidates who are able to work Hybrid in either our Osterley or Livingston office.

What you’ll do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software products that solve complex cybersecurity and trust sensitive challenges.
  • Build and enhance security-critical applications, applying secure coding practices, threat awareness, and defense-in-depth principles.
  • Support the full software development lifecycle, including feature development, customization of existing systems, production support, and release rollouts.
  • Produce clear, accurate technical documentation such as software designs, technical requirements, evaluation plans, and test results.
  • Apply sound engineering methodologies and best practices to deliver scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions.
  • Participate in architectural and design discussions, and clearly articulate technical decisions to internal stakeholders.

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong problem-solving and system design skills to build mission critical cloud-native software products.
  • Advanced proficiency in software development in Java and Spring Framework, developing secure APIs and Web Applications on AWS using Serverless architecture.
  • Demonstrated success operating and supporting software products or large-scale, highly available applications in production.
  • Experience working on AWS Lambda, Dynamo DB, ECS and Aurora.
  • Experience building software using Agile methodologies and rapid software development.
  • Experience working with OIDC, SAML, or OAuth2 authorization patterns to secure APIs.
  • Experience developing applications using Angular and NodeJS.
  • Experience in Java Cryptography Extensions, OpenSSL, Bouncy Castle libs.
  • Prior experience or knowledge of PKI systems, or Secrets Management products.

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station.
