To support compliance with upcoming Italian legislation effective January 2025, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and traceability of Out-of-Pocket (OOP) employee expense claims.
What you’ll do:
- Manually review and validate employee OOP expense claims submitted via SAP Concur.
- Ensure each claim meets Italian legal requirements for traceability and documentation.
- Investigate anomalies or inconsistencies in claims and liaise with employees for clarification.
- Respond to queries related to expense submissions and compliance requirements.
- Escalate potential non-compliant items or recurring issues to management.
- Support audit preparation and documentation, ensuring clean records are maintained.
- Contribute to the successful transition to AI automation by helping define patterns or anomalies.
- Ad-hoc project work, as and when required.
What you’ll bring:
- Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) - mandatory.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Experience with SAP Concur or similar expense management systems.
- Prior experience in finance, compliance, or shared services operations preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining high accuracy.
