Responsibilities
- Analyse complex business requirements and translate them into scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced Salesforce functionality using Apex, triggers, and custom UI components.
- Diagnose and resolve system issues across integrated Salesforce environments.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to validate requirements and provide solution recommendations.
- Implement and manage integrations with external platforms and government systems using Salesforce APIs.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and documentation requirements.
Requirements
- Salesforce Platform Developer certification is a must for designing, building, and deploying custom applications, user interfaces, and business logic using Apex and Visualforce on the Lightning Platform.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with strong expertise in Service Cloud.
- Advanced experience in Salesforce customisation, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning development.
- Proven experience with system integrations (APIs, SFTP) and large-scale data migration using CRM tools; experience with DB2-based systems (e.g. Curam) is advantageous.
- Strong Salesforce configuration and administration experience, including security controls, automation, data models, and reporting.
- Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, OmniStudio, or OmniScript is an added advantage.
