The role will support daily IT operations across both organizations, ensuring systems, networks, and endāuser devices remain stable, secure, and operational throughout the engagement period.

Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for IT issues, including network, server, and applicationārelated concerns
- Perform routine system and network maintenance to ensure stable and efficient operations
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, etc.)
