Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle across Nursing and/or Medical Locum desks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with NHS Trusts and private healthcare clients
- Source, attract, and place high-quality nurses, doctors, and medical professionals
- Develop and grow a strong pipeline of candidates across your specialist desk
- Manage compliance and ensure all candidates meet regulatory requirements
- Negotiate terms and manage client accounts effectively
- Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs and revenue targets
- Provide a high level of service to both clients and candidates throughout the process
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment (healthcare recruitment desirable but not essential)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven, ambitious, and resilient mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-led environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Interest in the healthcare sector and willingness to learn specialist markets
