An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Operations Manager – Complex Care to join a growing, values-driven organisation delivering high-quality complex care services across the North West and Midlands. The organisation has a strong reputation for supporting individuals with highly complex needs, including learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and physical health requirements within community and supported living settings. Key Responsibilities
- Hold and maintain CQC registration across complex care services
- Oversee the operational delivery of complex care services across the region
- Support and manage Registered Managers and service leads
- Ensure services are fully compliant with CQC regulations and quality standards
- Drive service improvement, quality assurance, and performance management
- Support mobilisation of new complex care packages and service growth
- Work closely with business development and clinical teams to ensure successful delivery
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, and operational performance across services
- Lead on safeguarding, risk management, and incident response
- Promote a culture of high-quality, person-centred care
Requirements
- Proven experience in an Operations Manager or senior leadership role within complex care
- Experience holding or working towards CQC registration (essential)
- Strong understanding of CQC frameworks and compliance requirements
- Experience overseeing multiple services or large-scale care operations
- Background in complex care, supported living, or community care
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Commercial awareness and experience supporting service growth
- Ability to travel across the region as required
