Key Responsibilities
- Take on and maintain CQC registration for complex care services
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality complex care packages in the community
- Lead and support care teams, ensuring safe and effective service delivery
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards, governance, and safeguarding requirements
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with clinical teams and stakeholders
- Monitor service performance, quality, and outcomes
- Manage staffing, rotas, and resource allocation
- Build strong relationships with commissioners, families, and healthcare professionals
- Support the growth and development of complex care services
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within complex care or community care
- Strong understanding of CQC frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Experience managing complex clinical packages (e.g. tracheostomy, PEG, ventilation desirable)
- Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple packages and teams effectively
- Full UK driving licence (desirable)
