An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Partnership Manager to join a growing organisation. This role is ideal for a commercially driven recruitment professional who excels at building long-term strategic partnerships and delivering workforce solutions. You will play a key role in developing, managing, and growing client relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality recruitment services across key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic recruitment partnerships with key clients
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring strong client relationships
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and new business streams
- Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Monitor service levels, KPIs, and contractual performance
- Attend client meetings (virtual and occasional onsite where required)
- Support workforce planning and recruitment strategy development
- Resolve client queries and ensure a high standard of service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of activity, performance, and pipeline development
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, account management, or partnership management
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes (RPO, MSP, or agency background desirable)
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively
- Proactive, organised, and results-driven approach
- Experience within healthcare, social care, or public sector recruitment (desirable but not essential)
