Recruitment Officer – Complex Care / Supported Living (2)
Location: Wakefield (Complex Care) / Wolverhampton (Supported Living)
Salary: £32,500 Pro Rata
An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Recruitment Officers to join a growing care provider supporting both Complex Care and Supported Living services.
With continued growth across multiple regions, the organisation is investing in its internal recruitment function to ensure a consistent pipeline of high-quality care professionals. These roles will play a key part in attracting, onboarding, and retaining talent to support the delivery of exceptional care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across Complex Care or Supported Living services
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking activities
  • Screen applicants and coordinate interviews with operational managers
  • Manage candidate onboarding, compliance, and pre-employment checks
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future staffing requirements
  • Support recruitment campaigns and local attraction initiatives
  • Liaise closely with managers to understand workforce demands and recruitment priorities
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting data
  • Ensure recruitment processes remain compliant with internal policies and industry regulations
  • Support positive candidate experiences throughout the recruitment journey
Requirements
  • Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, talent acquisition, or workforce coordination
  • Experience within Health & Social Care recruitment would be advantageous
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Strong IT and database management skills
  • Experience managing compliance and onboarding processes is desirable
