An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Recruitment Officers to join a growing care provider supporting both Complex Care and Supported Living services.
With continued growth across multiple regions, the organisation is investing in its internal recruitment function to ensure a consistent pipeline of high-quality care professionals. These roles will play a key part in attracting, onboarding, and retaining talent to support the delivery of exceptional care services.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across Complex Care or Supported Living services
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking activities
- Screen applicants and coordinate interviews with operational managers
- Manage candidate onboarding, compliance, and pre-employment checks
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future staffing requirements
- Support recruitment campaigns and local attraction initiatives
- Liaise closely with managers to understand workforce demands and recruitment priorities
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting data
- Ensure recruitment processes remain compliant with internal policies and industry regulations
- Support positive candidate experiences throughout the recruitment journey
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, talent acquisition, or workforce coordination
- Experience within Health & Social Care recruitment would be advantageous
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Strong IT and database management skills
- Experience managing compliance and onboarding processes is desirable
