An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a well-established and expanding Primary Care division, specialising in the supply of Nurse Practitioners and other clinical professionals across the UK. This role offers an excellent platform for a motivated recruiter to develop strong client relationships within GP practices, ICBs, and private healthcare providers, supported by a large candidate database and experienced back-office team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full 360 recruitment process from business development to candidate placement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients within the Primary Care sector, including GP surgeries, walk-in centres, and urgent care providers.
  • Source, screen, and place Nurse Practitioners, ANPs, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Develop new business opportunities and manage existing client accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with NHS and framework standards.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within Primary Care, Nursing, or Healthcare recruitment.
  • Strong business development and relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of the Primary Care market and current workforce trends.
