An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager to join a growing Complex Care provider delivering specialist services across the UK. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operational delivery of Complex Care services across multiple regions
  • Support and manage Branch Nurses, Care Coordinators, Registered Managers, and operational teams
  • Ensure services consistently meet CQC and regulatory requirements
  • Drive quality assurance, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support the mobilisation and implementation of new Complex Care packages
  • Monitor operational performance, service delivery, and KPI achievement
  • Work closely with clinical, recruitment, and business development teams
  • Manage safeguarding concerns, incidents, and risk management processes
  • Support branch growth while ensuring quality and compliance standards are maintained
  • Build strong relationships with commissioners, healthcare professionals, families, and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an Operations Manager or senior management role within Complex Care
  • Strong understanding of community-based Complex Care services
  • Experience managing multiple services, branches, or care packages
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, governance, and compliance frameworks
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Experience supporting service growth and mobilisation of new packages
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to balance quality and performance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Full UK driving licence
