An excellent opportunity to join an established and growing care provider as a Registered Manager, overseeing a well-performing branch in Merseyside. This role would suit an experienced Registered Manager or a very strong Deputy Manager ready to step up.

The service is currently delivering 1,600 care hours per week, with clear plans to grow to 2,200 hours within the next 3 months, supported by a stable and experienced operational structure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Overall management of a domiciliary or complex community care service
  • Ensuring high-quality, person-centred care delivery
  • Leadership and development of a care team of 25+ carers
  • Oversight of an on-site operational team including Care Coordinators and Field Care Supervisors
  • Maintaining CQC compliance and driving quality improvements
  • Supporting growth plans and service expansion
Key Requirements
  • Experience in Domiciliary Care or Complex Community Care
  • Existing Registered Manager or a strong Deputy Manager ready to progress
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
  • Strong leadership, organisational and compliance knowledge
