An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven Lead Nurse (Complex Care) to join a high-quality care provider supporting individuals with complex health needs across the West Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinically strong nurse who is passionate about leading teams, driving standards, and delivering exceptional, person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight across complex care packages
- Support and develop nursing and care teams through training, supervision, and mentorship
- Carry out advanced clinical assessments and oversee care planning
- Ensure safe administration of medications and clinical interventions
- Monitor clinical performance and ensure high standards of care delivery
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and external professionals
- Lead on clinical governance, audits, and quality assurance processes
- Respond to escalations and support with complex clinical decision-making
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Requirements
- Registered Nurse qualification (RGN, RMN, or RNLD)
- Active NMC registration

- Previous leadership or senior nursing experience
- Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making ability
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
- Full UK driving licence (desirable)
