A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Care Manager or Supervisor to join a growing Live-in Care provider at an exciting stage of its development.
This is a newly created role and will be the organisation's first dedicated Care Manager, giving you the opportunity to take ownership of a caseload of Live-in Care packages and play a key role in shaping the service as it continues to grow.
The role would suit an experienced Care Manager looking for a new challenge, or a strong Supervisor ready to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of Live-in Care packages across the West Midlands or South of England.
  • Provide effective oversight and support to teams of Live-in Carers and Support Workers.
  • Ensure care packages are delivered safely, consistently and to a high standard.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, families, carers and other key stakeholders.
  • Support care planning, risk assessments, reviews and ongoing monitoring of packages.
  • Carry out regular visits to care packages and provide hands-on support where required.
  • Support the recruitment, onboarding and development of care staff.
  • Monitor quality, compliance and performance across allocated packages.
  • Identify opportunities to improve services and contribute to the continued growth of the organisation.
Requirements
  • Previous experience within elderly care and/or Live-in Care.
  • Experience managing, supervising or coordinating a team of Support Workers or Carers.
  • Strong understanding of high-quality care delivery and person-centred support.
  • Confident communicating with clients, families and care professionals.
  • Organised, proactive and comfortable working autonomously in a remote role.
  • Full valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
  • A genuine interest in developing within a growing care organisation.
