An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Branch Nurse to join a growing specialist care provider delivering Complex Care services within the community. This is a clinical oversight role rather than a hands-on care position. You will provide clinical leadership across a portfolio of complex care packages, ensuring care teams are well supported, appropriately trained, and delivering safe, high-quality care. Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight across Complex Care packages
- Conduct regular staff supervisions and clinical reviews
- Complete competency assessments and support clinical training
- Ensure care plans, risk assessments, and clinical documentation are maintained to a high standard
- Provide clinical guidance and support to care teams
- Monitor quality and identify areas for improvement
- Work closely with operational teams and other healthcare professionals
- Support the safe delivery of complex care within clients' homes and community settings
- Regularly visit care packages across the region
- Promote best practice and ensure high standards of clinical governance
Requirements
- Registered Adult Nurse or Learning Disability Nurse
- Active NMC registration
- Previous experience delivering care within a community setting is essential
- Strong experience within Complex Care
- Confident providing clinical oversight, supervision, and training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with wider operational teams
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
