About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Director of Total Rewards to lead the design and delivery of our global compensation and benefits programs. This role will shape Paysafe’s reward strategy across multiple territories, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a global Total Rewards strategy to attract, retain, and engage top talent across diverse markets.
  • Lead compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and annual review processes.
  • Oversee global benefits programs, partnering with People teams to deliver in major markets.
  • Communicate Total Rewards programs effectively, ensuring clarity and engagement across the organization.
  • Manage vendor relationships with benefits providers and compensation consultants.
  • Leverage data and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and provide insights to senior leadership.
  • Lead and develop a team of 4, fostering growth and attracting new talent as needed.
  • Act as a key HR leader, shaping culture and contributing to global People strategy.

What We’re Looking For

  • Extensive experience in global compensation and benefits management within fast-paced environments, with strong strategic alignment to business objectives.
  • Deep expertise in compensation principles, market benchmarking, and incentive program design, coupled with strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, able to simplify complex information and influence at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and related systems, with experience managing change in compensation and benefits programs.
  • Proven leadership capabilities, including team development, fostering collaboration, and maintaining executive presence.
