The Director of Marketing Data Products will lead the strategy, delivery, and adoption of marketing‑focused data products that power marketing and sales analytics, campaign execution, and customer engagement at Paysafe. This role is accountable for:

This is a senior, cross‑functional role requiring strong partnership with Marketing, Sales, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Martech teams.
What you’ll do:
- Lead Marketing Data Products & Platform Capabilities
- Own the end‑to‑end product strategy for marketing data products, from data ingestion through analytics and activation.
- Define and evolve the core marketing and sales data model, including customer, prospect, campaign, channel, attribution, and performance data.
- Partner with Data Engineering to ensure scalable, reliable, and well‑governed data pipelines that support marketing and sales use cases.
- Create standardised, reusable data assets that enable consistent reporting, analytics, and decision‑making across Paysafe.
- Embed a product mindset into marketing data, balancing speed, quality, and long‑term scalability.
Enable Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Campaign Activation
- Lead the integration between the enterprise data platform and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Define clear data contracts and activation layers to deliver audiences, attributes, and events into Salesforce.
- Enable Marketing teams to self‑serve data for segmentation, targeting, personalisation, and campaign execution.
- Work closely with Marketing Operations and Martech teams to translate business needs into actionable data products inside Salesforce.
- Ensure campaign performance and engagement data flows back into the data platform for closed‑loop measurement and optimisation.
Power Marketing & Sales Analytics
- Enable a comprehensive analytics capability across:

Shape the Consumer Data Platform (CDP) Vision
- Define and lead Paysafe’s long‑term Consumer Data Platform (CDP) strategy, ensuring it supports our growth, customer engagement, and cross‑channel personalisation ambitions.
- Build a unified customer data foundation that brings together insights across Paysafe’s portfolio — including Digital Wallets (Skrill & NETELLER), paysafecard, and eCash — ensuring we capture the full breadth of customer behaviours and lifecycle journeys across our ecosystem.
- Develop a deep understanding of the payments industry, consumer flows, regulatory considerations, risk signals, and consumer transaction patterns to ensure the CDP reflects how customers truly interact with our products.
- Collaborate closely with Digital Wallets, eCash teams to ensure CDP data models accurately represent product‑level realities such as funding, transactions, KYC, FX, limits, and regional nuances.
- Ensure customer profiles and identity resolution logic are designed to work across wallet, card, cash, and consumer ecosystems, enabling a complete, privacy‑compliant customer 360 at scale.
- Build the CDP with privacy, consent management, and regulatory requirements integrated from day one, ensuring compliance across all markets where Paysafe operates.
- Assess and guide the role of platforms such as Salesforce Data Cloud or equivalent technologies within the CDP architecture, ensuring seamless activation for marketing, CRM, and customer‑engagement teams.
- Deliver a clear, phased roadmap that evolves today’s marketing data foundation into a fully mature, multi‑business‑unit Consumer Data Platform supporting analytics, personalisation, and omnichannel experiences.
Stakeholder Leadership & Collaboration
- Act as the primary data product partner for Marketing and Sales leadership.
- Translate commercial strategy into clear data and platform priorities.
- Influence and align teams across Data Engineering, Analytics, Martech, IT, and Compliance.
- Build strong relationships and trust, ensuring adoption and value realisation from data products.
Governance, Quality & Operating Excellence
- Define and maintain data quality standards, SLAs, and monitoring for marketing data.
- Ensure consistent definitions of KPIs, metrics, and dimensions across Marketing and Sales.
- Own product roadmaps, prioritisation, and success metrics for marketing data products.
- Promote best practices in data governance, documentation, and usability.
What we’re looking for:
- 10+ years’ experience in data, analytics, or data product leadership, with strong exposure to marketing, sales, or commercial analytics.
- Proven experience delivering data products on modern enterprise data platforms.
- Hands‑on experience integrating data platforms with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Experience defining or delivering Customer / Consumer Data Platforms (CDP).
- Strong track record of partnering with senior Marketing and Sales stakeholders.
