Skreen AI is seeking a Junior AI Engineer to help build the next generation of AI-powered recruitment tools, including smarter candidate screening, agentic workflows, voice-driven interview experiences, and intelligent search across candidates and jobs.

This hands-on role offers real ownership from day one, working closely with our CTO and engineering team, learning fast, and delivering features that change how customers hire.

The position is hybrid with 2 days per week at our Bath office.
