Retail Manager within Tweedmill Shopping Outlet. Skopes is a leading menswear retailer, operating for over 75 years with stores/concessions across the UK. We are currently seeking an experienced Retail Manager for our menswear concession based within Tweedmill Shopping Outlet in St Asaph, Denbighshire.
A dynamic individual is sought and will be responsible for:
- Managing the concession and team
- Organising staff rotas
- Sales and customer service
- Merchandising stock
- Use of till and card machine
Salary / Benefits:
- £23,478 basic salary (£12.90 an hour, 35 hours a week)
- Excellent monthly bonus and weekly commission scheme (payable on team sales)
- Participation in the Exceptional Performance reward bonus scheme, paid monthly based on a sales percentage above target
- 28 days holiday
- Workplace pension scheme

- Full training on all stock
Hours: 35 hours per week between store opening times.
