We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager for our menswear store in the Springfield Outlet shopping centre, Unit 49A Camel Gate, Spalding, PE12 6EU. This is a superb opportunity to join a well‑established yet ever‑growing company in a managerial position.
Dynamic individuals will support the Store Manager, manage the store and team, organise staff rotas, sales and customer service, merchandising stock, and use of till and card machine.
Salary / Benefits:
- £26,832 per annum plus excellent bonus and commission.
- Commission scheme payable on team sales, not an individual target.
- 28 days holiday.

Hours: 40 hours per week between store opening times.
