Skopes is a leading menswear retailer, operating for over 75 years with stores across the UK. We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager for our menswear store based within Lakeside Outlet Village, Unit 31 White Rose Way, Doncaster, DN4 5PJ. This is a superb opportunity to join our well-established yet ever-growing company in a managerial position.
Dynamic individuals are sought and will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager to:
- Manage the store and team
- Help organise staff rotas
- Oversee sales and customer service
- Merchandise stock
- Use the till and card machine
Salary / Benefits: £26,832 per annum plus excellent bonus and commission. Commission scheme is payable on team sales, not an individual target. 28 days holiday. Workplace pension scheme. Staff discount scheme. Full training on all our stock.
Hours: 40 hours per week between store opening times.
