SkootEco is looking for a commercially-minded B2B Marketing Manager to lead demand generation and bring in qualified leads through strategic, multichannel campaigns. Sitting at the heart of a small senior team, you’ll help shape and execute SkootEco’s marketing engine, fuel growth, and refine how we communicate our value to the world.
What you\’ll do
- Lead and execute multichannel lead gen campaigns targeting key verticals (hospitality, legal, property, ESG)
- Own performance across LinkedIn, Google Ads, email, blog, SEO and retargeting
- Create and execute content strategies including blogs, whitepapers, lead magnets and emails
- Partner with Sales and Consultancy to create enablement tools, outreach flows, and nurture paths
- Collaborate on website optimisation to improve UX and conversions
- Own and improve metrics including CPL, conversion and lead quality, in partnership with the CPO
- Evolve our brand narrative, making the MARC Framework simpler and sharper for key sectors
What we\’re looking for
- Proven track record in B2B demand gen or growth marketing, ideally in SaaS, ESG, or consultancy
- Skilled in LinkedIn & Google Ads, CRMs (e.g. HubSpot), and email tools
- Strong content chops across paid, organic and nurture funnels
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach – equally happy building and doing
- Clear communicator who thrives working closely with senior leadership and product teams
- Bonus: experience in sustainability, carbon, ESG or purpose-led sectors
