Location: Eastleigh Head Office, Hampshire, SO50 6PQ Salary: Competitive Job type: Part time, Permanent Working Hours: 27 hours per week (Mon 09:00-17:00, Tue to Thu 10:00-14:00, Fri 09:00-17:00) About Us: Skoolkit is a well-respected and growing family run business. Payroll HR and Accounts Administrator – The Role: Skoolkit is looking for an organised and detail-oriented Payroll, HR and Accounts Administrator to join our growing, family-run business in Eastleigh. You'll be an integral part of our team, handling payroll using Sage 50, managing HR documentation, and assisting with key accounts functions. Payroll HR and Accounts Administrator – Key Responsibilities: – Responsible for collating all the Company’s monthly payroll information and administering payroll using Sage 50, alongside the other Payroll, HR and Accounts Administrator – Make all related payments to HMRC and any other government department – Issue payslips to all members of staff via our online portal – Administer the Company pension scheme, sending reports and payments to relevant pension companies – Managing and updating the new starter and payroll changes together with the other Payroll, HR and Accounts Administrator – Draft various HR documentation using the approved Company templates – Create new starter paperwork including employment contracts, using the Company’s templates and send to the new starter, ensuring documents are completed and right to work documentation is checked prior to start date – Oversee our HRIS (BreatheHR); upload, update and maintain employee data. – Assist the Accounts team where needed e.g. with credit control, entering invoices onto Sage, reconciliating supplier accounts, filing and preparing for year end – From time to time you will also be required to provide cover for when the other Payroll, HR & Accounts Administrator or another member of the Accounts team is on annual leave, or during sickness.
