We are expanding our leadership team and are seeking a dynamic, commercially driven Clinic Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations, drive performance, and lead a high‑performing clinical and front-of-house teams, in our Wolverhampton and Leamington Spa clinics.

As Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, safe, and successful running of the clinic. You will lead by example, maintain outstanding customer service standards, and drive revenue growth while ensuring full compliance with clinical governance, CQC, and internal protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team including practitioners, nurses, and consultants
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure an exceptional patient experience
  • Achieve and exceed financial targets through effective KPI management
  • Maintain the highest standards of governance, safety, and regulatory compliance
  • Manage clinic rota planning, stock levels, and operational efficiency
