The Role
We are seeking to recruit an experienced Lead Clinical Nurse to oversee clinical operations and lead our aesthetics team, in our flagship Harley Street clinic. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled nurse who has a passion for aesthetic and patient safety to play a key role in driving the clinic's continued success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the clinical team to ensure delivery of safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments
- Oversee day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring compliance with CQC and regulatory standards
- Perform advanced aesthetic procedures (e.g., injectables, skin treatments) within scope of practice
- Develop, implement, and monitor clinical protocols and best practices
- Provide mentorship, training, and supervision to nursing and clinical staff
- Ensure exceptional patient care, from consultation through to aftercare
- Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and documentation
- Manage stock control, clinical supplies, and equipment maintenance
- Lead audits, risk assessments, and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (NMC registered) with a valid PIN (no restrictions)
- Proven experience in aesthetic nursing (injectables, skin treatments essential)
- Previous leadership or senior role experience
- Strong knowledge of clinical governance and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
- A commitment to patient safety and continuous professional development
Desirable
- Independent Nurse Prescriber qualification (V300)
- Advanced aesthetic certifications
- Experience working in a private or high-end clinical setting
