The Role

You\’ll be part of a supportive, fast-paced team focused on reaching out to potential and previous clients, engaging them in meaningful conversations about our treatments, services, and offers.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Making outbound calls to warm and lapsed leads
• Building rapport and uncovering clients\’ skin concerns and goals
• Promoting our treatments and converting interest into bookings
• Meeting individual and team sales targets
• Following up on enquiries and ensuring excellent aftercare communication
• Maintaining accurate CRM records

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys
speaking with people, has a strong interest in health & wellbeing
, and thrives in a target-driven environment.

What We\’re Looking For

• Previous outbound sales or call centre experience (essential)
• Confident, engaging communicator with a consultative approach
• Motivated by sales targets and commission opportunities
• Ability to handle objections and remain resilient
• Passion for skincare, aesthetics, or health & beauty sector (desirable)
• Comfortable using booking systems and CRMs
