The Role

You’ll be part of a supportive, fast-paced team focused on reaching out to potential and previous clients, engaging them in meaningful conversations about our treatments, services, and offers.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Making outbound calls to warm and lapsed leads
  • Building rapport and uncovering clients’ skin concerns and goals
  • Promoting our treatments and converting interest into bookings
  • Meeting individual and team sales targets
  • Following up on enquiries and ensuring excellent aftercare communication
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys speaking with people, has a strong interest in health & wellbeing, and thrives in a target-driven environment.

  • Previous outbound sales or call centre experience (essential)
