Each day will vary however the core components of your role will include:

  • Make outbound and receive inbound calls to our SKN and Harley Medical Group patients to assist with enquiries about aesthetic treatments.
  • Deliver an outstanding patient experience while identifying opportunities to help our patients with their personal goals.
  • Display strong communication and problem solving skills.
  • Build trust and rapport with our patients ensuring the best possible outcome to their enquiry.
  • Take ownership of every interaction, ensuring a positive and informative experience.

Essential skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to deal with customers over the telephone in a confident and professional manner.
  • A willingness to learn.
  • Excellent rapport building and communication skills with the ability to overcome objections.
