We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of brand and marketing initiatives across sk:n & The Harley Medical Group. This role will be pivotal in shaping our brand narrative, driving awareness, and delivering customer engagement across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, analytical rigour, and cross-functional leadership to ensure brand consistency and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs.
- Define and manage brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver integrated campaigns on time and within budget.
- Work closely with operational, clinical, and commercial departments to align brand strategy with service offerings and clinic operations.
- Collaborate with videographers to develop video content concepts, manage shoot days, and oversee post-production.
- Monitor brand performance using KPIs and analytics tools; adapt strategies to improve reach and effectiveness.
- Manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation and ROI tracking.
- Oversee production of brand assets, liaising with internal designers and external suppliers to ensure high-quality output across digital and print formats.
- Lead copywriting efforts across various channels including emails, websites, blog posts, print collateral, and internal communications, ensuring consistency with tone of voice and brand guidelines.
- Plan and execute brand events and promotional activities throughout the year, handling logistics, coordination, and post-event evaluation.
- Own and manage the organic social media strategy for both consumer and employer brand purposes across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Work closely with our PR agency to develop and execute PR campaigns that support brand awareness, authority, and media engagement.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging industry insights to ensure the brand remains competitive and relevant.
- Proven experience in a similar brand marketing role, ideally within the health, beauty, wellness, or retail sectors.
- Strong understanding of brand development, digital marketing, and campaign management.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience working with creative teams, agencies, and production partners.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
