SKN TO SKN is a category-first skincare brand that recently launched nationwide in 183 Boots stores across the UK and Ireland and online. Since January 2026 we have expanded into 30+ pharmacies in Ireland and the UK. Founded by mum of two, Sara Stokes, alongside Professor Caitriona Ryan (Consultant Dermatologist) and Dr Raj Arora (GP and women’s health advocate), we are the first expert-led skincare brand formulated specifically for women who are trying to conceive, pregnant, breastfeeding or postpartum. We’re a fast-paced, ambitious team, with launches planned throughout the year in the UK and Ireland. As a pioneer in a brand-new category, we have the opportunity to become market leaders - and the possibilities are endless.
We’re looking for a commercially-minded, strategically driven Senior Brand Manager to take ownership of both the development and execution of the SKN TO SKN brand. This is a high-impact role at the centre of marketing, retail, and community - responsible for shaping how the brand shows up across every touchpoint, while driving measurable growth. You will lead 360 campaigns, manage our marketing calendar, support retail expansion, manage and scale DTC business, build meaningful brand experiences and manage external teams- ensuring SKN TO SKN scales with clarity, consistency and commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Guardianship
- Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints
- Support the evolution of brand positioning, messaging and tone of voice
- Translate brand vision into clear, compelling and differentiated execution
- Ensure all activity aligns with long‑term brand and business objectives
- 360 Campaigns & Marketing Execution
- Own and manage the annual marketing calendar, aligning campaigns with key commercial moments
- Plan and deliver integrated 360 campaigns across digital, retail, PR, partnerships and community
- Lead campaign development from concept through to execution and analysis
- Define and track KPIs, optimising performance and impact
- DTC
- Own and manage the Shopify platform, driving continuous optimisation and performance
- Lead the DTC growth strategy, focusing on revenue, conversion and customer lifetime value
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns from concept through to analysis
- Oversee website experience and CRO, improving customer journey and on‑site performance
- Manage on‑site merchandising and trading, including product launches, bundles and key commercial moments
- Track and report on core metrics including conversion, AOV and retention
- Collaborate with performance and CRM team to deliver full‑funnel growth
- Ensure a premium, on‑brand digital experience across all touchpoints
- Retail & Trade Marketing
- Support and execute retailer roll‑out plans, including launches, activations and key moments
- Develop and deliver trade marketing strategies to drive sell‑through and visibility
- Collaborate closely with retail partners on campaigns, promotions and exclusives
- Elevate in‑store and online retail experience in line with high brand standards
- Community
- Lead initiatives to build and engage a high‑value brand community
- Develop campaigns, partnerships and events that deepen customer connection
- Work closely with creators, ambassadors and key opinion leaders
- Translate brand strategy into culturally relevant, shareable moments
- Consumer Insight & Market Intelligence
- Leverage customer insights, data and community feedback to inform strategy
- Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations across campaigns, product and positioning
- Product & Launch Strategy
- Support new product development and innovation through customer and market insight
- Lead go‑to‑market strategy and execution for product launches
- Ensure cohesive storytelling across product, brand and campaigns
- Growth & Commercial Performance
- Identify opportunities to drive revenue, brand equity and long‑term growth
- Own and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient spend and strong ROI
- Collaborate with performance and CRM teams to deliver full‑funnel marketing impact
- Regularly report on campaign, retail and brand performance
- Cross‑Functional & Agency Management
- Act as a key cross‑functional partner across founder, product and commercial teams
- Manage and collaborate with external agencies (PR, creative, Paid Media)
- Lead key brand initiatives from concept through execution
What We’re Looking For
- 4–7 years’ experience in brand management, marketing or growth roles (beauty, wellness or lifestyle preferred)
- Strong experience delivering multi‑channel campaigns and managing marketing calendars
- Proven track record working with retailers (Boots, SpaceNK, Pharmacies) and trade marketing initiatives
- Strong experience overseeing paid media campaigns
- Experience using AI, data and insights to inform strategy and decision‑making
- Commercially minded with a strong understanding of ROI and performance
- Highly organised with excellent project management skills
- Creative thinker with strong instinct for brand, culture and community
- Must be able to work in a fast‑paced, founder‑led environment

What We Offer
