Role: Social Value & Customer Experience Lead Retrofit Projects
Location:Hybrid (Home-based with national travel)
Hours:Full-time, flexible

What Youll Do:

  • Lead and grow a team of customer experience and liaison staff

  • Build systems to track performance and community impact

  • Make sure our projects meet all required standards (PAS 2030/35, SHDF, GDPR, etc.)

  • Work closely with partners like housing associations and local councils

  • Help us continuously improve how we engage with residents and communities

  • Represent our organisation as a voice for positive social impact

What Were Looking For:

  • Experience in social value, customer care, or community engagement

  • Great people and communication skills

  • A proactive, hands-on approach with an eye for strategy

  • Confident with data, systems (like CRMs), and performance tracking

  • A full UK driving licence
