SKM Impact Solutions is recruiting for an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to join a well established and growing organisation operating extensively across the housing and built environment sectors. This is a particularly interesting opportunity for someone who combines strong commercial experience with construction contract and legal knowledge . Rather than a traditional QS focused commercial role, you'll play a key part in reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts, managing contractual risk and supporting procurement and framework activity. You'll support the Head of Technical Services in leading the commercial and contractual function and will also have responsibility for a Commercial Manager. The Role You'll be responsible for: • Providing senior commercial and contractual advice across frameworks, procurement and contract awards • Reviewing, drafting, amending and managing construction and commercial contracts • Working with contracts including JCT Design
