Job Title: New Build Plumbing & Heating InstallerLocation: West MidlandsSalary: Contractor rates available on requestEmployment Type: PermanentHours: Full-time (Monday to Friday)About the Role:My client is looking for experienced Plumbing & Heating Installers to join a well-established team working on new build residential developments . Both on the books and sub-contract positions available. Youll be responsible for the installation of full plumbing and heating systems on a variety of new build sites, from first fix to final handover.This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and reliable heating engineer to join a growing company with consistent work and the chance to be part of long-term projects.Responsibilities: First and second fix plumbing and heating installationsInstalling heating systems including radiators, pipework, and boilers (predominantly gas)Bathroom and kitchen plumbing installationsWorking from technical drawings and site plansEnsuring all installations meet current regulations and quality standardsWorking efficiently to meet build schedules and deadlinesLiaising with site managers and other trades as requiredEnsuring health and safety procedures are followed at all timesRequirements: Proven experience in plumbing & heating on new build developmentsNVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent qualification)Domestic Gas QualificationsGas Safe registered (desirable but not essential for all roles)Full UK driving licenceAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsStrong attention to detail and high standards of workmanshipCSCS CardWhats on Offer: Competitive rates and consistent workloadOpportunity to work on well-managed, long-term projectsSupportive team environmentPotential for progression or ongoing work depending on performanceInterested?Apply now with your CV or get in touch for a confidential chat.
