About the Role:

My client is looking for experienced Plumbing & Heating Installers to join a well-established team working on new build residential developments. Both on the books and sub-contract positions available. You will be responsible for the installation of full plumbing and heating systems on a variety of new build sites, from first fix to final handover. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and reliable heating engineer to join a growing company with consistent work and the chance to be part of long-term projects.

Responsibilities:

  • First and second fix plumbing and heating installations
  • Installing heating systems including radiators, pipework, and boilers (predominantly gas)
  • Bathroom and kitchen plumbing installations
  • Working from technical drawings and site plans
  • Ensuring all installations meet current regulations and quality standards
  • Working efficiently to meet build schedules and deadlines
  • Liaising with site managers and other trades as required
  • Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in plumbing & heating on new build developments
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent qualification)
  • Domestic Gas Qualifications
  • Gas Safe registered (desirable but not essential for all roles)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
  • CSCS Card
