An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and detail-driven Project Coordinator to join a growing business delivering retrofit, planned works, and building safety programmes across social housing and public-sector projects.
This is a pivotal role within the operations team, supporting the successful delivery of high-profile construction and retrofit programmes while ensuring full compliance with PAS 2035, TrustMark, SHDF, Building Safety Act requirements, and internal governance processes.
You will work closely with Project Managers, Contracts Managers, site teams, subcontractors, surveyors, and clients to keep projects running smoothly from mobilisation through to handover.
