An exciting opportunity has become available to join a growing and innovative business delivering large-scale retrofit and renewable energy projects across the UK. This role sits within the Operational Delivery Team and plays a crucial part in ensuring installation programmes are delivered efficiently, compliantly and to the highest possible standards.
This is a fast-paced and rewarding position that would suit a highly organised and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a busy operational environment. You will work closely with engineers, coordinators, compliance teams, subcontractors and clients, helping to keep projects on track while ensuring all compliance and quality requirements are met.

The Role
As Operational Administrative Support, you will provide essential administrative and compliance support to live installation programmes, helping ensure works are completed correctly, documentation is accurate and project deadlines are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitoring compliance evidence uploaded by engineers through the BigChange system whilst works are in progress on site
Ensuring all required compliance documentation is captured at the point of installation and identifying any missing information in real time
Making outbound calls to residents and clients to arrange and confirm installation appointments
Transferring and uploading evidence from BigChange into SharePoint to support the completion of client handover packs
Supporting the day-to-day coordination and administration of live installation programmes
Maintaining accurate records and supporting wider operational administration activities
Following up with engineers and coordinators to obtain missing or incomplete compliance documentation before projects are closed
Identifying and escalating non-compliant or insufficient evidence to the relevant coordinator or quality assurance team
Supporting the scheduling of revisit appointments where additional compliance evidence is required
Assisting with the preparation, formatting and completion of client handover packs
Tracking project progress and job completion statuses against programme deadlines and escalating delays where necessary
Communicating with subcontractors to confirm attendance and installation readiness ahead of scheduled works
Supporting the onboarding of new site operatives and subcontractors, including obtaining competency documents, insurance certificates and identification
Assisting with client reporting and internal management reporting requirements
Ensuring all resident and client information is handled confidentially and in full compliance with GDPR requirements
Skills and Experience Required
Strong attention to detail with the ability to review, check and manage documentation accurately within a fast-moving environment
Excellent communication skills with a professional and confident telephone manner
Strong IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office, SharePoint and management software systems
The ability to work effectively as part of a busy team while managing individual responsibilities
Previous experience within administration, operations support or compliance administration would be advantageous
Experience within the Retrofit, ECO or Renewables sector would be beneficial but is not essential, as full training will be provided
