What You\’ll Be Doing:

  • Own and execute the commercial and operational strategy for the scaffolding division.
  • Lead commercial activities, from pricing and bids to negotiation, final accounts, and margin protection.
  • Partner across functions, aligning operations, finance, and project delivery to ensure profitable growth.
  • Identify and win new work by developing client relationships, frameworks, and market insights.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and legal frameworks (JCT, NEC, etc.) while managing risk.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, be a mentor, not just a manager.
  • Act as a key voice at leadership level, influencing broader business decisions.
