Role Overview:
As a Scaffold Designer, you will be responsible for structural designs of scaffolds, ensuring compliance, safety, and efficiency. You will also play a key role in upskilling colleagues and contributing to a high-performing, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce detailed scaffold designs for a high-volume operation (400-500 scaffolds weekly).
- Ensure all designs meet safety and structural standards.
