Youll be working across SHDF, ECO4, HUG2 and PAS 2035 frameworks, driving real social and environmental impact.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Own the Vision: Lead the strategic growth and direction of the retrofit division, aligning with ambitious Net Zero targets.

  • Drive Delivery: Oversee the full project lifecycle, from assessment to handover, across high-profile retrofit programmes.

  • Lead from the Front: Manage and inspire multidisciplinary teams including Retrofit Coordinators, Designers, and Project Managers.

  • Engage Stakeholders: Be the go-to leader for clients, residents, regulatory bodies, and funding partners.

  • Ensure Excellence: Uphold compliance with PAS 2035, CDM 2015 and TrustMark standards, while pushing for continuous improvement.

  • Shape the Culture: Foster a collaborative, quality-first environment that puts residents and people at the heart of delivery.

What Youll Bring

Essential:

  • 5+ years experience in a senior leadership role within retrofit, decarbonisation, or large-scale construction programmes

  • Strong working knowledge of PAS 2035 and associated compliance standards

  • Experience managing multi-million-pound public sector or social housing retrofit projects

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex programmes at pace

Desirable:

  • Qualified Retrofit Coordinator, DEA, or NDEA

  • CDM Principal Designer or H&S qualification

  • Familiarity with SHDF Wave 2, HUG2, LAD, ECO4, or related funding streams
