You will be the driving force behind key projects, managing fire protection works and fire door installations from start to finish, leading skilled site teams, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage multiple live projects across the South, ensuring smooth delivery and top-quality results.
  • Lead and support on-site teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Liaise closely with the wider office and operations team to keep projects on track.
  • Report on project progress and communicate transparently with clients.
  • Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and maintain best practices.
