This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious, forward-thinking team making a real impact in building safety across residential, commercial, and public sector environments. You will be the driving force behind key projects, managing fire protection works and fire door installations from start to finish, leading skilled site teams, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage multiple live projects across the South, ensuring smooth delivery and top-quality results.
- Lead and support on-site teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Liaise closely with the wider office and operations team to keep projects on track.
- Report on project progress and communicate transparently with clients.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and maintain best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in project or contracts management within passive fire protection/fire doors.
- Knowledge of working in live, occupied, or complex building environments.
- A hands-on leader with strong communication and team management skills.
- Relevant qualifications in Passive Fire Protection/Fire Doors (FDIS, ASFP, IFC, etc.).
- Passionate, proactive, and eager to grow with the business.
