Role Overview:

As a Scaffold Designer, you will be responsible for structural designs of scaffolds, ensuring compliance, safety, and efficiency. You will also play a key role in upskilling colleagues and contributing to a high-performing, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce detailed scaffold designs for a high-volume operation (400–500 scaffolds weekly).
  • Ensure all designs meet safety and structural standards.
  • Support and mentor colleagues to develop design skills across the team.
  • Collaborate with site teams and management to optimise scaffold solutions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the design team.

Requirements:
