Turn Your Passion for the Mountains into a Career. In advertising this role, our aim is to recruit the right candidate to develop, train and nurture into a future Team Leader and Manager. In our skiing careers, we all start on green and blue slopes learning to master key, fundamental skills without which we cannot master the mountains. Management is no different. We want to take you from Coordinator to a trained, high performing Manager. We will invest in your training over 2 – 4 years and as your knowledge and skills grow, so will your remuneration and responsibilities.
As the Team Coordinator for Skiworld, you will begin by coordinating, training and supporting a small team of temporary and permanent sales staff. Along with them you will advise, sell and manage customer holidays to our chalets, apartments and hotels in the best ski resorts in the world. You will be responsible for ensuring the customer is at the centre of everything we do, maximising customer satisfaction, feedback and revenue to grow our ski programme.
As you progress and master fundamental skills that are the bedrock of a talented manager, you will take more responsibility for the team, learning to appraise, motivate, manage and finally to agree and deliver strategies for sales retention and generation for the business. Along the way you will visit more accommodation and resorts than you thought possible, ski more than you thought and be expected to remember all the details skiers choosing to travel with us will ask. That might just include the colour of the carpet.
The initial employment package includes a competitive salary with an incentive package, educational trips and regular training.
