All the drills and all the skills… Our maintenance team are the mortar that keeps our chalet service strong and our resort teams stable. You’ll be responsible for keeping all chalets and resort properties in top condition throughout the ski season, handling both proactive and reactive maintenance to ensure everything is ready for arriving guests. This includes daily repairs, sourcing materials locally, coordinating with managers and contractors, and carrying out detailed chalet checks. You’ll also help with snow clearing, guest transfer days, chalet supply runs, and resort vehicle upkeep, while supporting end-of-season closedown and jumping in across resorts as needed—all to keep our ski operations running smoothly from first lift to final après.

Ski season employment is from mid-November up until end of April so you should be available to work throughout this period.
