Skipton is seeking an Operational Risk Specialist to join the Risk team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The role focuses on designing and refining the Resolver risk reporting tool, delivering insightful risk MI for senior stakeholders, and supporting governance and decision-making in a hybrid setup with three days per week at Skipton Head Office.

You will analyse operational risk data, identify trends and control weaknesses, and provide clear narratives to strengthen the control environment.
