As an Account Executive, you'll support the day to day management of client accounts, working closely with Relationship Managers to ensure smooth operations, resolve issues efficiently, and help protect and grow the portfolio. What Will You Be Doing?

You'll support the management of a portfolio of invoice finance clients by building strong relationships, providing responsive day to day support, and resolving queries efficiently. Working closely with Relationship Managers and key operational teams, you'll help deliver an excellent client experience while supporting long term client retention and portfolio success.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring all changes are implemented promptly and correctly.
  • Assist with new client take-ons, ensuring accounts are set up accurately and within sanctioned parameters.
  • Support ongoing client reviews, facility changes and portfolio updates, ensuring all client information and system records remain accurate, up to date and fully documented.
  • Support the monitoring of client performance and flag potential risks or operational concerns.
  • Support onboarding processes by gathering documentation and ensuring the file is ready and accurate for the first payment day. Supporting an efficient turn around that enables SBF to onboard a new client in a timely manner.

We're looking for someone who is customer focused, collaborative and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and a commitment to delivering excellent service. You'll enjoy working as part of a team, continuously looking for ways to improve processes and client outcomes, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Understanding of invoice finance / asset based lending operations
  • Knowledge of sales ledger processes and client operations
  • Experience in an operational, account management or client service role
  • Proven ability to manage workloads efficiently and deliver high service levels
  • Strong communication and client service skills
