We’re looking for a Senior Strategy Lead to join our Group Corporate Planning team at a pivotal time in our transformation. About the Role

As Senior Strategy Lead, you will play a central role in the Group’s strategy function, turning analysis into meaningful insight. You will translate complexity into clarity, producing high quality insights, modelling, deep dives, and strategic options that support confident decision making at Executive Committee level.

You will:

  • Lead deep market, regulatory, and competitor insight work
  • Develop strategic options supported by scenario modelling and data led analysis
  • Shape strategic narratives and create compelling papers for ExCo and Board audiences
  • Conduct forward looking analysis to support foresight and horizon scanning
  • Play a key role in the corporate planning cycle, ensuring alignment between insight, strategy, and execution

  • Strong analytical capability, including scenario modelling and synthesis
