Reporting & Leadership Team

You will be reporting to the Head of Change and will join the Change Delivery Leadership Team, consisting of 2 Senior Enterprise Change Managers, 1 Senior Change Optimisation Manager, 1 Senior Enterprise PMO Manager and 1 Senior Journey Experience Manager.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-wide change, ensuring initiatives align with strategic goals and deliver measurable value.
  • Provide strong leadership to change teams and partners, guiding internal teams, contractors, and embedded change agents across multiple initiatives.
  • Drive Agile maturity across the organisation, while ensuring flexibility to deliver through a variety of change frameworks and methodologies.
  • Act as a trusted escalation point and thought leader, ensuring robust governance, effective risk management, and high-quality delivery standards.
  • Partner with the Head of Change to shape and execute the enterprise change roadmap and optimise the change operating model.
  • Enable seamless cross-functional collaboration, working closely with delivery teams, business units, and enabling functions such as technology, architecture, and finance.
  • Ensure effective prioritisation and resource allocation, aligning delivery cadence with business needs and strategic priorities.
  • Champion continuous improvement and adaptive planning, fostering an agile, change-ready culture across the organisation.
  • Embed outcome-focused performance measures, tracking delivery health, benefits realisation, and informing data-driven decision-making.

What Do We Need From You?

  • Proven leadership capability, with experience managing multi-layered delivery teams in complex environments.
  • Strong knowledge and expertise across a variety of delivery frameworks (e.g. lean-agile principles, SAFe, Waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban).
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to influence, engage, and challenge senior stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and fast-paced change.
  • Deep change management capability, including impact assessment, readiness planning, and benefits realisation.
  • Excellent facilitation and negotiation skills, especially within complex stakeholder landscapes.
  • Experience delivering enterprise-wide transformation, ideally in matrixed or regulated, technology-enabled environments.
  • Commercial and financial acumen, with experience supporting investment cases and benefits tracking.
